We are now accepting payments online. This is option is available for closed court cases only. That means you can only pay for cases you have plead guilty or been found guilty by the court.

There will be a small convenience fee collected by Courtmoney to use this service.
The Circuit Clerk’s office also accepts cash, money orders, and cashiers checks.
E-PLEA (Traffic and Conservation)
If you want to plead guilty and pay for most minor traffic and conservation offenses, and your ticket indicates you are not required to make a court appearance, then Click Here and search for your name. If your case is eligible for this type of payment you will see this button on the right. Click on that button and follow the instructions.
An additional Failure to Appear fee will be added to your case if you did not appear for your original court date and you did not plea/pay within the additional 30 days allotted to you by the court. Once your plea has been entered and the fine paid, your driver’s license will be returned to you.
